I've never used a "hit exchange", what is it?
It's a service to get hits for web sites you want to promote. You look at different sites we show you for 20 seconds. For each site you view, someone will view your site for 20+ seconds..

Why only 25 Free credits for joining? The other guys give hundreds of free credits for joining.
We spent a lot of time considering this. The reason we are not giving away hundreds (or thousands) of credits to everyone that joins is simple, we want quality traffic to our members' sites. Sure, the other guys may get a higher sign up rate, but a lot of those people will only be signing up for their free credits. If everyone joins just to get the free credits, who is going to actually view the sites? Even if you require someone to view 50 or so sites before they get their free credits some people will do just what they must and then not use the service anymore. It may cost us in initial sign up numbers, but that is okay, we are trying to build a long-term network of quality members. As time goes by we will introduce new ways for our loyal members to earn / win credits..

What sites are not allowed on your service?
We do not allow any sites that contain or link to pornographic, hate, warez or other offensive content; we do not allow sites with any popups; we do not allow ANY javascript alert boxes; we do not allow sites that break out of our surfing frame; we do not allow start page links; we do not allow non-english sites; see TERMS for full details of what is and isn't allowed.

I am having trouble staying logged into my account, it says I am logged in, but then says it has lost my login, what does that mean?
In order to use our site you must have cookies enabled, this is how the site 'remembers' your log in info as you travel around our site, so make sure cookies are enabled and you are not using a program that deletes cookies immediately.

I added a site to my account earlier but now it is not on my list, what happened?
If a site is not approved for whatever reason it is deleted from the database so our site does not get slowed down by disapproved sites. If you feel that we disapproved your site in error (such as the server for that site was temprarily down) you are welcome to try submitting it again, but please realize it may again be disapproved if it breaks any of the rules in our Terms of Service.

How do I change my email address on file with you?
It is very important that we have a current, working email address for you. If email sent to your address is returned your account could be deleted. If your email address changes please let us know by emailing us at support@hitkingdom.com

Hey, A friend of a friend told me about this awesome new program that racks up credits at the hit exchanges without the user even having to be at the computer! Can I use this on your site?
Absolutely NOT! This is cheating! If everyone used that automated software, then NO ONE would be looking at ANYONE'S sites, so why bother even advertising? Show your fellow members the same respect and courtesy you expect by looking at their sites and if you see something you are interested in join! Anyone caught using any cheat methods/automated surfers/bots or anything similar will be removed and BARRED from our program. Additionally we work in close cooperation with other hit exchange/traffic exchange webmasters and you run the risk of being barred from their program as well.
