Terms of Service

By signing up and using the Hit Kingdom program you agree to all terms and conditions in this agreement.

Hit Kingdom may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members.

Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their contact email address provided upon signing up with the Hit Kingdom.

If any modification is unacceptable to you, you must terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Hit Kingdom program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members:

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with the same or different email addresses. "Stacking" of accounts is NOT permitted! Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. You may not sign anyone else up to Hit Kingdom. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Hit Kingdom account. You will use your UserID / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. Our exchange contains an activity script, this means you must log in to your account at least once every 21 days and surf a minimum of 5 consecutive sites to keep your account active and sites being shown. This is true even if you purchase credits! If your account goes inactive your sites will not be shown even if they have credits assigned to them. Your account will become active again when you log in and surf at least 5 consecutive sites.

Disallowed Sites

You agree that the management of HitKingdom has the right to disallow certain sites from being advertised on our network. Disallowed sites include, but are not limited to:
Sites containing pornographic content, hate sites, warez, sites that contain illegal content, or sites with links to any of the aforementioned content.
We do NOT allow "startpage URLs" that show the pages of random members from other traffic exchanges to be placed on our network
All PTP sites are disallowed.

Shared Ad Space is disallowed.
We now do not allow popups, including java script alert boxes. Java script alert boxes often interfere with our timer and are not allowed. JavaScript alert boxes and/or scripts that attept to change the surfer's home page or favorites settings are NOT allowed; no non-english sites, and no sites that break out of our frame will be allowed. Fly-in ads or similar type popups that interfere with surfing are NOT allowed. Sites that interfere with surfing in any way will be removed.
We currently DO allow site rotators that rotate ONLY your sites as long as you test each site in the rotator to make sure it complies with our TOS. If members abuse the use of site rotators then we will have to disallow their use.
You understand that we reserve the right to disallow any site at our discretion. If you have a question as to why your site was not approved you may email us at webmaster@hitkingdom.com including the URL and we will re-check it. If we still decide to not accept the URL that decision will be final. We provide a frame-break test link in your members' area and we encourage you to use it to test your URLs before submitting them to be sure they don't break any of the aforementioned terms and that your page does indeed load. If you should see a site that breaks the aformentioned rules you are encouraged to notify us by emailing us at support@hitkingdom.com.

Use of Our Site

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Hit Kingdom account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Hit Kingdom be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Use of automated means to receive credit without actually viewing sites absolutely will NOT be tolerated. We ask that you view your fellow members sites just as you wish them to view yours!

You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up with Hit Kingdom or e-mail us to inform us if your e-mail changes. You agree to receive reasonable email advertising from Hit Kingdom and service updates.

Limitation of Liability:

Hit Kingdom will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Hit Kingdom program, even if Hit Kingdom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links or use the HitKingdom.com name through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Hit Kingdom and may result in legal prosecution. Hit Kingdom strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Hit Kingdom may charge up to $50 per spam email sent.

Earnings

Unless stated otherwise any reference to 'earnings' means earning credits to have your site viewed by other members. Our earning schedule is as follows:
25 Free Credits for Joining
Earn two visits to your site(s) for every three sites you visit
You must view each site for a minimum of 20 seconds to receive credit.
You will earn 20% level 1 referral bonus based on your 1st level members' activity.
12% level 2 referral bonus
8% level 3 referral bonus
5 credits for each opt-in e-mail read when you click the link contained in the email!
Receive credits for signing up for programs, amount of credits earned by signing up for programs may vary, but will be clearly stated.
Other means of earning credits may be added from time to time. Members will be notified of this by an email sent to their email address on record.
